- The project is the Enabling works for the construction of the Metro’s forth lines maintenance workshop & The new office building for the National Tunnel Authority.
- The project is located in zone (c) west of the Ring Road extension to 6th of October city at its intersection with Pyramid desert Alex road.
- The works consists of:
- Earth cutting for 1.5 Million m3.
- Leveling for about 500,000 m
- 3200 linear meter of external walling around the project land (109 feddans).
- 4 security rooms equipped with bathrooms.
- (8) guard towers.
- Temporary fencing / wall from both sides 1500 linear meter a long side trains direction entering or exiting the workshop.

- Preparing of cost & time extension claim
- Project contract administration till project completion, commissioning & handing over.
- Document control.
- Design review & preparation of COs or VOs.
- Time schedule revision.
- Preparation of cost change claims.
- participate in negotiation meetings.
