- The CIB Bank commissioned EPM as the lead firm for providing Project Management Services (Program Manager) for all its branches Beside providing project management services for some other branches (15 branches).
- The 15 branches of the CIB Bank which were assigned to EPM, were Spread out in the governorates of Cairo, Alexandria, and the Red Sea, the branch areas range between 150 m2 to 6,000 m2.
- A British Architectural design firm has been commissioned by the CIB Bank to develop the design concept, standardizing special features and specifications to form a recognizable character for the facades of the Bank branches.
