AL AZHAR PARK

The Project Consists of the development of a new, major urban park in Cairo, The site is bounded from the East by Salah Salem Street, South by Bab-Al- Wazir cemetery, West by the Old Ayyubid (Fatimid) Walls of Cairo, and North by Al Azhar Street. The Site is exclusively developed as a park with varying treatment of planted areas, recreational and leisure facilities, and a number of small buildings the project also consists of:-

  • A Man-made lake (6000 m 2 )
  •  Lakeside café with courtyards and orchards
  •  Five Star Restaurant.
  •  Children's playground on the northern tank top.
  •  Main Spine on the plateau connecting both the restaurant facility and the lakeside café.

MASTER PLAN FOR PORT SAID EAST PORT

Port Said East Port and it's industrial zone logistic park, with total area of (35) km2
and the industrial zone south of the Port (87km2), inside perimeter of Port Said East
Port, having great potential to become an economic "pole" creating large
opportunity, for the country's  and the region's economic development.


With its prime location at the northern entrance/ exit of the Suez Canal and vast
areas of open land for expansion, the development of Port Said East port has the
potential for serving as an engine for the economic growth as the World Bank report
has stated in April 2005. however, according to the World Bank assessment of the
area, this has to be supported by an integrated Master Plan and development strategy
for both Port Said East and West ports.

THE LIBRARY BUILDING OF DAR ALKOTOB ALMASRIAH DEVELOPMENT

The renovation of a 100 years old historical library building to accommodate the new technology forlibraries in the new century.

The building is located in a difficult & congested site of Cairo City Center, surrounded by mixed use oldbuildings, with the Museum of Islamic Art occupying the ground, street level floor & garden area.

Renovation & development works include introduction of: (1) a new floating freeform steel structure floorsupported on the bearing walls of the old building as a mean to increase the spaces of the floor area toaccommodate new and modified functions of the oldest national library building in Egypt. (2) a newbasement to be constructed under the existing museum garden area. The construction of the basement inthis particularly sensitive site forms a challenge to the contractor and project manager alike.

DEVELOPMENT _ RENOVATION OF REHABILITATON CENTERS OF THE PRISONS

EACH PROJECT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING:

  • Development and Renovation of the existed building.
  • Construction of two additional buildings for tails and services.
  • Construction of a new security systems.
  • The buildings contains all the electrometrical systems needed (HVAC – Plumping & Fire fighting – Electrical)

National Tunnel Authority

The project is the Enabling works for the construction of the Metro's forth lines maintenance workshop & The new office building for the National Tunnel Authority.

The project is located in zone (c) west of the Ring Road extension to 6 th of October city at its intersection with Pyramid desert Alex road.

The works consists of:

  • Earth cutting for 1.5 Million m 3 .
  • - Leveling for about 500,000 m 3.
  • - 3200 m.l of external walling around the project land (109 feddans).
  • - 4 security rooms equipped with bathrooms.
  • - (8) guard towers.
  • - Temporary fencing / wall from both sides 1500 m.l a long side trains direction entering or exiting the workshop.

SCIENCE MUSEUM

EPM'S CONTRIBUTIONS & SERVICES:
Management Of Pre-Construction Phase To Include:

  • Design Management.
  • Review of the Design Documents.
  • Establish Project Budget.
  • Establish Project Master Schedule.
  • Contractor's  pre-qualifications.
  • Develop Project Tender Documents.
  • Tenders Evaluations with Recommendations for Contractor Selection.
  • Preparation of the Contract's  Documents.

Education Building

Total of 20.000m 2 for the project buildings.

The Project consist of an Administration Building, and different Education Buildings.

The buildings contains all the Electro-Mechanical Systems needed (HVAC – Plumping & Fire fighting – Electrical)

TAGI Universitay

The project comprises of a land area of 25,000 m 2 with a built-up area of approximately 6,000 m 2 which sums-up approximately to about 25% of the land's area.

The university consists of a management office building, 4 faculty buildings (Management, Accounting, Information

Technology, and Design), buildings for training, security, a super market, a mosque, a clinic, staff accommodation building, male dorms, female dorms, A social club, A cafeteria, an academic building, An Electricity & Transformer Building, TAGI

Management Building, TAGI-IRAQ head quarters, TAGI employee's accommodation Building & last but not least a water tank
